SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days. This time includes order processing, production, and packaging of the goods.
2. Shipping costs
• Domestic and international: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order and are clearly stated on the invoice.
• International shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes.
3. Shipping service provider
We ship with the following service providers:
• DPD
• UPS
4. Express shipping
• Express shipping is available upon request. For information on pricing and delivery times, please contact us directly.
5. Delivery times
• Domestic deliveries: 3 working days after dispatch.
• International deliveries: 10 working days after dispatch.
• Service interruptions: There will be no delivery or processing of orders on regular German holidays in Bavaria.
6. Shipment tracking and insurance
• Shipment tracking is available upon request.
• Insurance: Packages can be insured upon request. Without insurance, we assume no liability for damage or loss during transport.
7. Shipping restrictions
• No delivery to North Korea.
• No special shipping restrictions for certain products.
8. Returns and Refunds
• No returns accepted as all goods are personalized and therefore worthless.
• Damaged or lost packages: In the event of damage, the costs will be split equally between the customer and us.
9. Changes to orders
• Changes to the shipping address or shipping method are possible after placing your order. Please contact us immediately to make the changes.
